Hi - Thanks for the reply.

I tried this, but the download did not "take." At first, it looked as though it was starting per usual on the Emigrant side, but it never got as far as displaying the "green arrows," indicating a download was taking place. I even tried saving the downloaded information as a file. A file was duly saved, but after importing, still nothing had been updated. My "last update" date on this account stubbornly remains at 7/2/06. (Probably not important, but I made the necessary changes within Quicken to reflect the new account number that Emigrant had given me)

I've been able to update, without problems, all my other accounts.

On Monday, I'll contact Emigrant and/or Quicken to see if they can help.
