"The company's C-1 is half the size of a Smartcar and designed for a driver with one passenger in the back seat. But despite its small size, the vehicle is capable of driving in all weather, with gyroscopically stabilized wheel technology that prevents it from tipping over. The C-1 is fully electric, and can drive up to 200 miles on a single charge."

I like it a lot and I would definitely drive one but I think even at $16,000 it's way too expensive as a second car. It's not practical for for longer trips and is mostly a commuter city car. It's half car/half motorcycle and would be adequate for like running errands but for any trips over 40 miles I don't see it as being desirable.

A second car or commuter car shouldn't be over $10,000 to $12,000 at the most. $7,995 would be better.
