When they refer to a stock as a"tracking stock" of another stock, what does this mean? For example, in The Wall Street Journal article on the purchase of
Associated Group by Liberty Media Group, they make the
statement "...and Liberty now is traded as a tracking
stock of AT&T, though it operates independently."
