Texas does. It helps keep one eye cars (broken headlight) and bad brakes and busted windshields off the road. Gotta have valid insurance , too.

Some states like SD have no annuals...... others like DC are a gigantic multi-hour horrific situation......

If I recall, FL had just a few state inspection mega stations....

TX has thousands.....right around the corner from everyone.
