"Ya'll" is a contraction of a colloquial version of "you will".

"Y'all" is a contraction of "you all", which in some parts of the US is the second-person plural pronoun.

... also ...

A group of people working together in a somewhat-organized manner to jointly achieve some specific shared goal are "teaming". Often followed by "up".

An area where a group of people are milling about is "teeming".

A town square can be teeming, but it can never be teaming. To be teaming, it would have to join forces with another town square, or perhaps a city park, and the two (or more) of these pieces of real estate actually do something together.

(Both errors encountered in the same book.)
