"Yeah, in case you haven't seen 3D printing. I forget if there is a more technical term for it (probably). Basically, instead of the printer printing on paper etc. a laser cuts through a block of clay in a fashion similar to a potter, and hardens the material with heat. The result is a model of whatever was drawn on the computer i.e. F-16, Chevy Malibu, whatever. A nice way to get a real feel for a design in a few hours."
