One day I'm going to buy a big screen fancy TV for our living room. Not in any hurry but one day when I'm feeling rich I'm going to break down and do it.


In all seriousness, Art, buy a 42-in LG LCD TV from Cosco, Wal-Mart or on a sale at a big box store. If you want better sound than the TV’s speakers get a sound bar but that’s not necessary.

Why 42-in.? It fits using a simple stand while larger need a stand designed for it and that’s an additional cost.
