So, this was a 20 session workout series designed for 4 weeks. Workouts starting off around 8-10 minutes and progressing up to 15 or so. Definitely a different vibe with Tommy as compared with his pre illness days. He was never a GO GO GO type of trainer.....a bit introspective, almost....but especially so now.

I've progressed from being close to tears with frustration over what I couldn't hack to refocusing my lenses a but, enjoying the "journey" and finally arriving at a treadmill speed and incline which is just challenging enough for my foot AND has me at my Z2/MAF training zone.
