Can't seem to locate a news release on either Reuters or the Business Wire, but CNBC has been reporting all morning that Raytheon has told analysts that it expects a shortfall in both revenues and profit margins due to a reduction in govt contracts.

The company said it was revising earnings estimates for this year and next.

Since the stock has been halted from trading, I would expect that means a press release will be issued by the company shortly. Check our news link above for further details.
