You're not supposed to be going thru Rx files as now against company policy.


Under HCFA and HIPPA rules, nobody better be going through anything unless informed, signed patient consent and release is obtained prior to any such activity; further, any access to patient records of a personally identifiable nature must be logged as to the reason for the access, identity of the accessor, date, and time. Sales records that can be reverse-mapped to a patient's identity because of the nature of the medication and its rarity in use would expose the Company to similar issues.
