I went to the Electrichoice Web site, which took me to the Office of the Consumer Advocate for PA, which led me to the info on PECO Energy prices. My question is: I get PECO gas and electric power in Chester, PA, paying one company for both services. Should I look under Peco R, (Regular) or Peco RH (Residential Heating) when comparing prices? Also, any advice on looking at these prices would be great.
