Well, apparently she's already gotten $12 out of it. I think it costs about $35/year to register a domain name, and usually $20/month to host a site. That's about $275 she has to clear from donations just to break even over the course of a year. Perhaps she could convince some local credit card companies or credit counseling services to advertise to help pay hosting costs...
