I lurk around this board, mostly to make myself hungry! But now I have a question.

I'm planning on making cherry pies for Thanksgiving. I'm hoping to be able to make the pies on Sunday, then refrigerate until Thursday morning. Will it survive in the refrigerator that long?? I'm afraid that if I bake it on Sunday it won't make it to Thursday (unless I look DH in the garage!) or will get soggy by then.

Can I do this??
