There's two 'ownerships' where it comes to America and homes.

There's the American kind...

Work. Plan. Save a decent down payment. Buy a home you can afford. Hopefully see it appreciate or better yet, pay it off and have a nice asset one day.

Then there's the perversion of it, courtesy of Liberals and their Wall Street buddies....

Work. Impulse. Regardless of income or down payment, a home is something almost everyone is entitled to own. Bully banks into relaxing standards, sometimes based on the community's needs, regardless of the borrower's ability to pay back. Credit is not earned, it's a birthright. And even where Coach handbags fly off shelves and 50% of Americans own SMARTPHONES, we'll never ever ask you "why did you buy it when you can't afford it?"

Of course, them Ivy-League managers educated by Liberal campuses didn't do much to stop this. They enjoyed the business also.

So it blew up and the Left can use it to taint the concept of an ownership society. This is just one more part of the American dream that the American Left can't stand. Individual homes? People making choices? Privacy? NOPE, CAN'T HAVE IT. GET EM ALL IN MASTER-PLANNED MULTI-FAMILY-HOUSING-UNITS. It's all about some global eco-friendly design and them fata$$ Americans and their picket fences are a speed-bump on the way towards mediocrity for all.

Home ownership is one more thing where done responsibly, it makes people more prosperous and proud, and therefore less apt to be controlled by Liberals and their friends at the United Nations.

One by one, they are now coming after key components of American Life.

What you eat, where you live, your doctor and medical choices, how you commute to name it, the Left wants to control you every single day, starting with how much water you have in your toilet.

Al Qaeda is a murderous bunch, no doubt.

But it's the American Left that "hates our freedoms".

Seem harsh? Ask yourself....what part of American life is Obama, the Left, and the UN NOT trying to screw with and water down or control?
