Just got off a phone with one of my best friends who is also a family friend. He is in the same business as I am albeit he has done it longer and done much better than I. He started a small business in California in 1991, just when the economy started to boom...6 months before Clinton took office.

Since then he worked his heart out and grew his business 6 times, and went from 30 employees to around 200. The man's net worth is awesome to say the least.

Anyway, he schocked me when he said he would sell his businesses by 2006. He said that even though Arnold has done a fine job... regulations and human-resource-laws in California have really taken a bite out of his profits, as has fear of junk lawsuits. He said that a Kerry win would only add to it, making him give even more to the gov't. (He pays about $1 million per year in taxes...)

He says that he could sell everything, and just focus on renting out his real estate and outsourcing what few bookeeping-jobs he would have left and just enjoy life.

You know what? He is right. Im at 45 employees today in plan to be at 90 in 5 years and IF America continues its path to socialism, I will also seek non-labor intensive businesses. Why create jobs only to be taxed and vilified for it?

President Clinton was right with NAFTA and WTO. The middle class deserves what they get, if they vote for Liberalism
