Eldest graduates this May and the job offers are already starting to roll in. In fact, he got the offer he wanted this week at a salary that I find stunning. Got to say am feeling fabulous about the money we have paid for school over the past 9 semesters. We told him our paying for college was his inheritance, that the freedom from debt combined with a well paying job would be a better start than a check sometime down the road.

I am convinced that the 4 semesters of coop/internships he did was critical in his landing this job, in addition to funding his spending money which was very much his responsibility. Really encourage your kids to do coops.

IP,
proud Mama
