The net of it all appears to be 'we made more money this quarter than last', so how can that be bad? :-) :-)

Personally, I don't have a problem with 'growth by acquisition' as long as the acquisitions are a good fit. While the initial move into equipment handling equipment (sic) might have seemed odd, they seem to be doing well with it, perhaps even shifting the main focus of the company. And I'm ok with THAT, too, if it's well handled. And so far, it appears to be (at least to me).
