At last Fed has announced taper and it looks like they are going to accelerate it. Now just stop pumping the money alone is equivalent to 2% rate hike (assuming they are doing 25 basis points at a time that is equivalent to 8 rate hikes) and most like it is going to be followed by some rate hike.

High growth names have suffered significant price decline, though indexes are not showing it, but most if not all high growth names suffered anywhere between 20% to 50% decline.

What all these rate hikes, combined with sustained higher gas price will do to REIT's?
