I'm just leary of buying a company at less than $5.00 (arbitrary number due to TMF suggestion).

I believe that $ 5.00 number relates to the price at which a security becomes "marginable"; and that many pension funds and other institutions are restricted from buying below that price. There is therefore much less 'analyst' coverage.

When the 'mainstream media' has an idiotic pre-conceived notion and a company is 'below the radar', isn't that exactly when individuals should be looking very hard at the potential opportunity?

Just general thoughts .... I know nothing about HGRD.

Best 'o' luck
