In the Ayco approved list of mutual funds, there is a column headed 'Risk/Return Ratio'. What exactly is the referenced 'risk'?
Other column headings reference 'compounded average return for 10 years' and the 'standard deviation for 10 years'. Am I correct in assuming they are using the 'compounded average return for the previous 10 years as the return for the 'Risk/Return Ratio'?
Am I correct that one ideally is looking for a low risk/return ratio.
Thank you, Sapsong
