I've been getting repeated robocalls recently -- for senior citizens who have trouble getting help in an emergency.

As I am on both state and national no call lists, I decided to complain about these folks about the third time I got the same call. So during the message I tried punching number keys to ask for complaint information. 2 then zero then 5.

And on came a message thanking me for my time and telling me I would not be called again.

Did I just hit the lottery? Or is this a general technique?
