So, does anyone think AVAV has any sort of strategic advantage over the established defense contractors like Lockheed and Boeing in the UAV field? Boeing has some pretty impressive products of its own in this field, including robotic choppers that utilize a new lift technology called the canard rotor wing. It takes off like a chopper and flies like a plane.

Also, as a play in the robotics field, does anyone prefer iRobot over UVAV? I like that iRobot has exposure to the consumer market, but its latest products like the Scooba just haven't caught on like the Roomba. Some negative reviews of the Scooba and its latest product (the idog or something) haven't been that complimentary. Any thoughts?

I must say though, that I do like that the people running iRobot are engineers themselves and have a true passion for their companies products.

Fool on.
