I am new to investing and am trying to learn the basics behind value investing. I have been able to locate the list of terms used for this in TMF's company's ratios tables, except for ROE (return on equity?). Is this found from the return on assets listing or the return on investment listing or via some other source? Also, I have been looking for stock screeners where I can get a start on analyzing these numbers (last price, pre-tax margin, p/b, p/s, p/cf, roe, d/e, current, market cap), but have not had luck finding anything that seemed comprehensive at all. Any suggestions on this would be appreciated as well. Thanks,
