Good morning,

I have moved from a position in the private sector to a position with the federal government.

I am looking to roll some of my current 401K funds over to an IRA
and the remaining funds over to the federal TSP plan.

I need to decide which IRA to go with. Fund selection and expense ratios are two primary considerations. Are there others?

Vanguard comes to mind as a fund manager with historically low expenses.

Any other recommendations?

Thank you, RS
