I recently left my former employer where I had a 403b plan and rolled it into a rollover IRA. Currently I have the money split up into 5 mutual funds. These funds are not performing well (what funds are :~<) My question is should I be trying to decide which mutual funds are better for me now (and laterally move my money within my IRA), or whether it would be better to redistribute these monies into individual stocks/bonds within this IRA (I guess that's feasible?)

Please advise if possible.
