I've had my 401k for about a year now and finally decided to se if I could manage it and not just let it sit. I've read a little of what this wonderful sight has to offer and it seems index funds are the way to go. I've had about half tied up in a diversified equity fund (I'm still not sure what exactly this is) and half in company stock. My Company offers Russell 3000 index fund as an option. What to do? Any thoughts comments or links would be appreciated, as I am not yet a very foolish person :o)
