Unfortunately, my bank does not cash Savings Bonds. Where can I cash them ?

Will another bank cash them if I do not have an account there ?

The Treasury Dept web page for Savings Bonds says that Federal Reserve Banks will cash them, but I couldn't find any info on how to do this there or on the different Federal Reserve Bank websites. I checked San Francisco and Kansas City.

Does anyone know how to cash Savings Bonds with a Federal Reserve Bank ?

FYI - All the savings bonds are in my son's name (age 16) with me as the beneficiary.

Thanks.
