Does anyone know if I have any recourse. I worked for SBC Commincations for 4 years and 9 months before SBC sold my group(unit) to an investment firm. Because I wasn't vested, it takes 5 years, I lost out on my pension-about 15K. My new company doesn't offer one. I feel that SBC should still owe me this because I DIDN"T choose to leave or walk away from my money or the oprginization. Does anyone have any experience with this or know of a rule that entitles them to pay me those dollars. I've thought of a lawsuit but me fighting SBC does't seem like a good fight.
