Hey, welcome to my world. I've been getting that error message for at least three (3) weeks now.

There should be a new search box in the upper left corner. Try clearing your cache and trying to search again. If you are still getting an error, let me know the URL of the page and I'll submit a bug report.

Just try clicking on "HELP" in the upper banner and see what you get.

Here's what it looks like:

500

Internal Server Error

It's not you, it's us. We're working on getting this back in order.
Please go back or visit the homepage to proceed.

I can access the help/contact site fine with Chrome on Windows 10.

If it is still failing for you, you might try clearing cookies. For some reason, once they are messed up they continue causing trouble.

Otherwise, consider another browser, at least for the purpose of submitting your query.

I have cleared my cookies, cache and temporary files. I have used both IE v.11 and Firefox and get the error in both browsers but hey that's just me the customer.
