Your current quandary over whether to sell RIG seems to be one I regularly struggle with throughout all my portfolios. On the one hand are the Gardner brothers and all the TMF research on the folly of selling to soon of maybe even ever. On the other hand there's logic, common sense and experience. I rarely ever sell any company but my portfolios have gotten too large (number of stocks) and I'd like to do some pruning. I have never regretted selling Westport, Rosetta Stone and a few others but I pondered selling SODA and SDRL for months meanwhile watching them tank. I probably should have taken some TSLA and NFLX off the table but last time I sold some NFLX it went up another 100 bucks a share. I'm wondering if TTS will rise from the moribund or should I take my licks and move on. I am too busy with work and life to study every sell carefully and when I do sometimes my head spins. So I let the inertial of inactivity take over and do nothing. And that non decision at least keeps me in the game instead of on the sidelines.

Still not the most carefully crafted approach.

Sorry for the ramblings.

D.
