Can anyone direct me to some information to set up a SEP for an s-corp?

A SEP is easy to set up. Just go to your broker, favorite mutual fund, etc. As simple as filling out paperwork. The real question is whether or not it is the appropriate plan. If you have employees you put in the same % for them as for you and they vest immediately. If it's just you and you are ok putting in up to $25,500/yr then it works fine, if not, there are other plans that may be better.

As Matt pointed out, they are very easy to set up...but it may NOT be the best retirement vehicle for you and/or your other employees.
