The press release ( announcing the company's settlement with Jennifer Hagel Smith surrounding the disappearance of her new husband off the coast of Turkey last year is quite interesting. It clearly suggests that Mrs. Smith sought access to information (presumably from security cameras and such) rather than financial compensation, and indicates that the company is matching her donation to a charity of her choice, in memory of her husband, as a gesture of good will.
