I was wondering if anyone is familiar with the Sharebuilder 401k plan. I'd like my employer to switch to their 401k plan because the fees are so much lower than my current 401k funds.

If you go to the site:
http://www.sharebuilder401k.com/InvestmentCenter/Funds/Index.asp

It lists the ETFs that are available for the 401k.

I know from a fee standpoint going with the ETFs is much better, but I don't want to be the employee that messes up everyones 401ks. We are currently using R-share AIM funds (only about 11 choices available to us) like the Charter fund, Basic Value, Blue Chip, etc.

Unfortunately, I don't know how to make sure I'm comparing apples to apples, which may be impossible. When i research some of the AIM funds they don't have their returns since inception listed so I don't know what to compare otherwise.

If you're familiar with AIM funds we have the Basic Value, Intl Core Eq, Charter, Constellation, Large Cap Growth, Mid Cap Core Eq, Small Cap Equity, Small Cap Growth, Income, Inter. Govt & a Money Market.

Thanks!

Terri
