The convergence of the "losing team from the super bowl" and "Madden Cover" curses hit Shaun Alexander's left foot this week. Out indefinitely.

Coach Mike Holmgren said Monday that a bone scan revealed Alexander sustained a "small crack" and "displaced fracture" on a non-weight-bearing bone in his foot sometime during the Seahawks' 42-30 win over the New York Giants on Sunday.
...
"We're looking at a few weeks, let's put it that way," Holmgren said. "The good thing is, it's just a small, little crack -- if you want to talk about a good thing."

Floyd Womack, Chris Gray, and the two top TEs (Mili and Stevens) are already hurt. Look for Maurice Morris to get stuffed repeatedly in Chicago next Sunday night.

Does he use Anglais or Francais pronunciation for his first name? (do his first and last names rhyme? is the question I'm getting at)
