Every trader/investor will set up his/her charts differently, just because each and all of us thinks different things are important or useful.

I like Keltner Channels --as opposed to Bolinger Bands-- and find them useful, particularly when the default values are adjusted to be more timely. What Quill does and how he sets up his charts is up to him, as it is to you how you set up your charts.

There is no "one, right way" to do any of the this investing/trading stuff. There is only what each person finds useful for their own goals.
