Symbian is a BRITISH Ltd., which ALWAYS means a Limited Liability company, NOT a partnership.

Also, a limited liability company in Britain IS a company (the same thing as you Americans call a corporation) thus it is NOT treated as a partneship for tax purposes.

Bottom line, Symbian is a company, not a partnership.

They are pretty clear on the fact that they use pass through accounting as well...

I apologise for shouting, but sometimes insularity just gets to me.
