I am going to try to get training in my department kicked off. It's your typical heavy industry place with a cabal of electricians (I've got electrical...another guy has mechanical) with skill sets ranging from pathetic to fairly deep.

Before I start doing the training, I need to assess where they are. I can easily handle that task, but what I'm looking for to start with is a skills assessment, especially a written test bank or some such that somebody else has done before that I can use as a boilerplate to tailor to my own needs. I can probably spend weeks putting something together but it would save me a lot of time if somebody has already done one before or if there's a free one out on the internet somewhere.

I know Mike Holt's web site has numerous test banks for electrical Codes. This is a good start but neglects the troubleshooting and practical skills sets that I also need to cover.
