So here is the question I have.

Forget age of suspect, there is no way the officer could determine that by looking at the back of a suspect running in the opposite direction.

If said suspect runs from a police officer in this situation is it proper protocol to shoot suspect in the back in this type of case. The officer was not threatened as he chased suspect.

Should deadly force be used in this case?
