So I did the math, and even at the cheapest off-site long-term parking lot, it would cost about $130. A shuttle is in the range of $50/person, so for two people it doesn't make sense.

What I am going to do is rent a car at SJC (San Jose) and drive it up to SFO. One day rental = $32. That way, I don't have to pay for parking for two weeks. Because the airports are so close, I am not being charged a one-way rental fee. $64 is much better than $130, don't you think?
