So, my question is why isn't BRK on this list? Lazy research/reporting?

My best guess: the list is really that of "non-financial" companies and Berkshire is
classified as a financial.* Of course, one can debate whether Berkshire should be lumped in
the same category as banks and hum drum insurers, but that's a separate issue.

* - if I am correct, then there still is laziness in reporting. Their data source is some
report from BAC, I am guessing somewhere in that report it does say "non-financial". *insert
rant about second hand sources here*.
