We can sometimes overlook the true value of a company and the value
that it potentially gives its owners. The daily trading price of a
company does not always factor in intangibles like good people and
solid management.I could ramble on using the popular often used cliches
we like to say and hear when we are in either in doubt or over zealous
on a certain company.Let me get right to my point, I was in doubt as
recent as Friday regarding my investment with Cns Inc.The price had
tumbled very sharply and there was what I perceived management changes
in its infrascructure. I sent an email to Corporate headquarters on Fri
evening explaining my feelings and questioning the recent managerial
events. Not only did I receive a detailed message from Marti Morfitt,
but also a phone call from the CFO,Samuel Reinkensmeyer. They not only
explained that there were no other changes in management and reassured
me that there focus and intent to bring owner value was a peak mgmt
priority, what impressed me most was the consideration and absolute
professionalism they handled a small time shareholder like myself.
I am not only convinced and confident in this company and its products,
but I am certain they have some of the most efficient and well educated
human beings in the corporate world.

Thank you Cns, and thanks to all of your people.
