Some good news it seems on this front. At the investor conference presentation this morning, the CEO said that Mr. Morse's departure was not due to misconduct or related to financial results for any quarter in 2012 including the last quarter. Instead it was about looking for a different type of person to lead an aggressive growth plan.

All of this is right at the beginning of the discussion.
