Some guy in 1875 writes a letter to the London Times ? Which asserts that the flooding in 1875 is no different from the flooding in ????

Is this relevant to the science of climate change?

What science of climate change - is that like creationism and the science of flat earth? what are you talking about?

Back in 1875, the scientific illiterates were claiming that "the seasons have altered"; and that "agriculture and cultivation have done it" while today you call it climate change and you blame CO2 - no difference.

And in both cases, the scientific illiterates are using the same word: "Unprecedented."

The 1875 skeptic writes: "The mistake is thinking that such a flood is unprecedented, as it is only unprecedented to the existing untaught generation"...

At least in 1875 there was no fraud attached to this kind of nonsense.
