Interesting. Every IRA account I have had allows you to buy before the settlement of a sale, except one.

Just2trade did not allow it. I complained to them and said everyone else allows it, but they would not budge, saying that the law required waiting for settled funds. Could have had something to do with them being an oddball broker. They somehow transitioned to a Russian company or maybe Russian clearing firm. When I found that out, I closed my account...didn't want to have anything to do with a Russia-connected firm.
