why did the market love the spin off so much? Was the Whitewave segment doing that poorly? If so what was the investment thesis? That WW would eventually do better or get spun off?

I am not at familiar with DF and the divisions it has. Seems like an uncharacteristically euphoric response to a spin off. Must be a good reason for it
