Sorry, my reply came across a lot more terse than I meant it to, I posted in a hurry.

We do customer service evaluations for restaurants, nothing legal or sensitive that them being a client would be sensitive information, and they aren't actually a client yet.

I wanted to ask if they have a reputation for good, bad or indifferent service, which is why I posted, but that's nothing that would be embarassing or unknown to them.
