sounds very intriguing

Will admit - I'm out of my element with REITs. Just don't know I'm doing, so it would be tough to translate that to the preferreds.

When doing this I usually stick with closed end preferreds but most of them now trade well above par.

I flipped thru the list provided by the Yield Hunter along with REIT VL sheets but I feel like a boob. I mean, Public Storage jumped out but then I find out they replaced all their debt with preferreds, so...lost.
