DP and I took a knife skills class the other night. We made the Apple Swan at the end of the class. (Mine was lopsided). Anyway, we're looking for some websites that have instructions for fruit and veggie type carving instructions. Not so much because we want to impress anyone, but because it sounds like a fun and inexpensive thing to do on a rainy Saturday a bag of fruits and some veggies and carve little Martha's out of them.

Okay, so maybe it would be fun to impress people with our garnishing skills, too. ;)

Anybody know any websites? (Done a Google and keep coming up with Thai Cookbooks and that's about it.)
