can a 62 yr old spouse begin taking her reduced retirement benefit and then 4 yrs later, when both she and her husband reach FRA, and the husband applies for retirement benefit and takes the monthly payment; can the wife either suspend or cancel her own pension and begin taking her spousal benefit under her husband's benefit and receive 50% of his full benefit with no reduction for the early retirement on her account?

Also, does her spousal benefit continue beyond age 70 as long as the husband continues to collect his benefit and is alive?

thanks
