I think you are under prepared.
I can keep my boiler running for 1 or 2 days with a 1000 watt inverter and no generator. Since natural gas is not part of the project, it could last much longer, if the electrical parts had battery power.
Food is required every day, but so is heat.
I would rather depend on a battery system backed up with a smaller generator than to use a Huge generator that ran 24/7 .
